About Michelle Stone
Growing up next to the Grant's Farm Clydesdales in the 1960's, was the best! I could always be found either in with the Clydesdales, or in the creek that ran at the edge of their field! This is where and when I just fell for LAND! The smells, the sights, the sounds! Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall - you name it - I loved it! I enjoyed walking up to my elementary school, Our Lady of Providence every morning (well almost every morning!) Started high school at Cor Jesu and finishing by graduating from Lindberg. For those of you who are not from the Greater St. Louis area, I wish to explain a local fact! "Asking where did you go to high school?" is all we locals need to say! It must be a "local thing", but it's what we do! Fast forward to my career in Real Estate. I obtained by salesman's license in 1992, Broker license in 1994, Accredited Land Consultant designation in 1996, opened my own/current company in 1998. I was the chairman of the Franklin County Board of Realtors Grievance Committee from 2005 through 2009. I was the top producer for the Franklin County Board in 2005, with over $14,000,000 in sales, in 2011 with over $6,000,000 in sales, in 2013 with over $8,000,000 in sales and in 2014 with over $10,000,000 in sales.
My life outside of my love for land, revolves around my love for my family. I have four children, three sons, and the youngest, my daughter. My husband is a cattle farmer. I sometimes remark how the real estate industry is like farming. It really doesn't matter what day of the week it is, or what time of the day it is. When attention is called for, you work! I enjoy my career, put God first in my life, and always stand with my family. A good recipe for life! I hope to be able to work for you in your land acquisition, or sale. Thank You!
